Deliveries
Realthings use Standard Post via Australia Post for all deliveries, this provides delivery to metropolitan households normally within 2 -3 business days. The cost for this service is a flat rate of $8.00.
We understand that you may want your order faster than this, and also offer Express Post which is a next business day delivery service. Next business day delivery is guaranteed* to all street addresses and post office boxes within the network.
For all terms and conditions regarding delivery via Australia Post and Express Post click here. Pricing: Australia Post Express Flat Rate $11.00. Next Business day delivery is achievable when the purchase is made before 3pm AEST. For orders after this time please allow an extra day.
Realthings will not be held responsible or liable for delivery delays that occur as a result of the Australia Post carrier.
Next business day delivery to remote areas and roadside delivery addresses is not guaranteed. For complete network details, or any questions please contact us here.
We only ship products locally within Australia.
Secure Shopping
Our online payment system is secure using the National Australia Bank hosted payment system. We collect no credit information on this site. It is all done through the National Australia Bank secure payment system. We figured we cant compete with the amount of resources they put into making their payment system secure.

Refund & Exchange
Except as provided by law, no warranty or guarantee, is given or liability accepted, for any damage to the product due to external causes, including accidental misuse, or use of the product other than for the manner intended for the product.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Trade Practices Act.
Faulty or damaged products
We inspect all products prior to shipment and take care to make sure you receive your order in the condition you expect. If however the product is found to be faulty then we will either repair, exchange or provide a full refund of the sale amount.
Change of mind returns
If you purchase a product and change your mind, you can return the product and exchange for another item. In this case postage costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If the purchase price of the item is greater than the item you wish to exchange then you will need to pay the difference. For items of lesser value we will issue a store credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
Returning items
Items must be returned to realthings in the original condition, unused, together with packaging and labels intact within 7 days from date of receipt.
To return an item contact us via our contact page here, selecting "Product Return" in the Category field. We will then contact you regarding return shipment.
Product Warranties
When a realthings item is ordered, it is inspected and packaged with care prior to dispatch. Each product is covered by the manufacturers warranty. Each item purchased should only be used for the purpose described and always used under proper adult supervision. Children using the items should be of the appropriate age range.
Manufacturer's warranties will not be valid where:
1. The item has been subject to misuse or has not been used in accordance with the product guidelines.
2. The manufacturer's warranty period has expired.
3. Proof of purchase cannot be provided.

Except where noted otherwise, the price displayed for goods on our website represents the retail price listed on the product itself including GST.
